Feature: Ability to chain shaders

I'm reading about and working with a FFT2 Shader for DX9.0

the algorithm require that the image is first 'scrampled' then 'butterfly'ed' = 2 (maybe 4) different shaders !

 

in Silverlight, i would have to create an image within a border like this:

<border>
	<border.effect>
		<ButterFlyEffect>
	</border.effect>
	<image>
		<image.effect>
			<Scample>
		</image.effect>
		<image.source>mysource.jpg</image.source>
	</image>
</border>
